Congratulations to our Managing Director, Steve Eungblut, on being awarded ‘Runner Up’ for the Sales Trainer of the Year category at the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management’s (ISMM) British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards, held in London on 27th February 2014.
Steve received the award in recognition of the outstanding results that Sterling Chase’s bespoke sales development programmes have delivered over the past year, after being nominated by two of our major clients, RWE npower and BT.
In 2013, Sterling Chase partnered with RWE npower to launch the npower Sales Academy where over 100 sales people and sales managers were trained and coached by Sterling Chase to adopt the award-winning Selling from the Left ® methodology across their teams. As a direct result of the Sales Academy programme, npower saw significant increases in average order value, conversion rates and incremental profit equating to over 600% return on investment.

Its programmes have delivered over £2 billion in new sales pipeline and over £300 million in new contracted revenues for clients in the last 5 years.
