Sterling Chase is feeling supercharged following the delivery of the Sterling Chase Team BRIT Business Skills Academy.
Our team of senior associates delivered the workshop last week, working with Team BRIT’s drivers to provide them with the skills and confidence they need to gain sponsorship for competing at the Le Mans 24 Hours race next year.
Initial feedback from the session suggests that the coaching is starting to have a positive impact on the way that the team approaches sponsorship opportunities. Using the tools and techniques taught in the session, one member of the team has already acquired a new partner that will provide them with the facilities they need to achieve their goal of racing at Le Mans.
Following the event, Team BRIT’s manager, Dave Player, commented, “One day has passed since the workshop and one of our team members has already made the first sale.”
Team principal, Richard Tovey, who also attended the workshop, reflected “The sales training has made a clear impact and the team is starting to put the processes to good use. The Sales Academy delivered by Sterling Chase will help to change lives.”
