Lead associate Allison Abley has over 15 years experience working in sales and sales management positions for the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries within a multi-national blue chip organisation. During this time, she excelled in a variety of sales and marketing positions, ranging from national sales management to national training and recruitment manager.
Since joining the Sterling Chase delivery team in 2012, Allison has worked with our corporate client base to assess and develop the skills, behaviours and competencies of both desk and field based sales professionals and sales managers.
Allison’s combination of sales leadership skills, assessment expertise, coaching experience and her passion for professional selling ensures that she consistently designs and delivers world-class behavioural and skills-profiling assessments at all levels in the sales force.
