Business Development Manager
Joanna leads Strategic Business Planning at Sterling Chase and ensures we continually innovate so that we provide solutions to Clients that differentiate us from our competitors.
She is responsible for improving the quality of our programmes and the efficiency of our internal business processes. Joanna also leads our (global) partnership development programme.
Joanna has over 13 years experience in sales and marketing in a world-leading blue chip company. She has a breadth of experience spanning organisational development, training and recruitment, sales development, key account management, sales management, partner management and joint ventures.
- Sales management experience, both direct and indirect channels.
- Organisational development and sales force training and coaching.
- Strategic planning and implementation, both internally and with key accounts.
