Katrina Dunkley has held senior sales positions and led major learning and development programmes within large blue-chip organisations.
Before joining Sterling Chase, Katrina was Head of Learning & People Development for the global solutions division of one of the world’s largest telecommunications organisation. Here she led teams to deliver learning strategies, skills transformation programmes and change management programmes at a national and global level.
Katrina is an expert at defining and developing transformational leadership programmes, consultative selling programmes and personal development strategies. She is also a passionate public speaker and regularly hosts client events. She holds a Master’s degree in Change Management from Leeds Business School.
